I’m not the type to boss you around, but there are 2 things you absolutely must do about your issues.

Now, if you aren’t super tired and fed up with insecurity, discontentment, anger and everything else, maybe this post isn’t for you.

In fact, please let me know if your issues aren’t an issue at all.  I’d love to pick your brain! (and perhaps hire you to take over this blog)

The problem for most of us is that we have carried certain things around so long, we don’t know how to change.  Sometimes we think it is ‘just how we are.’  But our issues were never intended to be part of who we were created to be.

There are 2 things you can do today about those pesky issues.

#1:  You ABSOLUTELY must ADMIT you have them.

No sense in denial.  They won’t go away on their own.  You won’t out-grow them.

It’s easy to say I have a problem with anger or pride, but it’s a little more difficult to say, “This is sin in my life and I don’t want it!”

You see, there is a sense of comfort in our issues.  We’ve had them so long.  What will it feel like if I give them up?  The loss of control may feel overwhelming.  But think about it, we’ve already lost control and given it to our issues!

Musician Matt Berninger admits this…

“I’m a stubborn guy that loses his temper, sometimes driving the station wagon in the wrong direction for hours and hours and never admitting that he’s gone the wrong way.”

Isn’t that so like us?  To stubbornly keep going in the wrong direction because we do not want to admit it?

Why? Why? Why?

I ask myself that all the time.

Why do I want to hold on to this anger?  Why do I want to hide in my insecurity?  Why do I want to remain under the cloud of oppression?

Truth is…I don’t!

I don’t want to stay here any longer.  There is so much life to live without the constraints of fear, guilt, worry or any other issue.

So today I ADMIT I have issues.

Lot’s of them.  And I ADMIT I don’t want them anymore. OK?

Are you still with me or have I run you off?  I sure hope you are still hanging out, wondering where I am going with this post.

I’d like to help you out.  I’d like to give you a FREE Blueprint to help you get un-stuck in your issues and help you live out your God-given strengths.

Why would I offer this?  Because I really do care and want to help.  It makes me sad to see people so bound by their issues that they are unable to live in victory.

There are 2 things we ABSOLUTELY must do about our issues…admit them, and admit we don’t want them.

After that, we will find ourselves on the road to freedom. Freedom to live fully for Christ, without those pesky issues.
